Unreal Engine 6 has been teased a while ago, and people were surprised with the amount of Fortnite mentions in it. Now, developers know why they aggressively pushed for that, Epic wants to own what you produce, while you get nothing out of it. You now have the option and maybe later the obligation, to release your Unreal Engine 6 games in Fortnite, or to release them like an actual regular game. This is egregious, and it will be one hell of a ride for preservationists to be able to archive those games. We at Infinite Start will cover this horrifying twist in the industry.
Seems like the coming years of gaming will be filled with tons of slop ladies and gentlemen, this is unprecedented, but it was obvious considering that this would happen. The massive success of Roblox is causing everyone to just try to copy that model, which will in turn return a lot of broken promises and a more enshittified industry. Gamers can’t stop taking loses constantly, and it seems that we will have to return to the older days if we wish to survive this slop avalanche.
Unfortunately, companies are uniting with each other to make the life of the consumer impossible, the landscape is rife with overpriced games that are not worth your time or money. GTA VI, one of the most awaited releases, is rumored to actually cost $100, yes, a hundred dollars. Along with this, some insiders assume that GTA VI will go for the same koolaid that Roblox has, that’s right, it will become another game within a game kind of deal.
Seems like insanity never stops, yet, its still possible to rollback to a better time when gaming was respected, when gaming was cultured. For those who know their way around the internet, you know what I mean.

That's just awful. I was going to make the pun that doing this is Unreal, but what they're doing is so despicable I didn't want to add any levity to my comment. Hope the developers tell them 🖕🏽.
