Unity attacks the creator of DayZ with ludicrous claims

Unity is quite the terrible engine that developers are forced to learn in game design schools. PC users might be familiar with the abysmal performance it provides compared to other free and open source engines. There has been some things going on with the company lately, things that will make you stop using the engine altogether, if past controversy didn’t trigger that action. Today something very crazy happened, the developer of DayZ Dean Hall, is under threat of losing their ability to subsist on the industry. Unity wishes to revoke his license on unfair grounds, yet another hit against our right to own things we paid for. We at Infinite Start will report on this injustice.

Unity is hellbent against developers

Unity claims that Dean Hall has violated certain unknown things regarding to licenses. All of this is shaky, as they are just claims made by a money hungry corporation that should cease to be. According to Unity, Dean is mixing free and proprietary licenses which for some reason just triggers the alarm for Unity to start shutting ownership down. Dean claims this is not true at all, and his defense is backed by him having actually paid the necessary fees to use the engine, by sticking to the TOS without breaching them.

Companies are emboldened to destroy their consumers thanks to the current political changes in the world, it is clear that they wish to squeeze even the last penny from people to accrue their Scrooge McDuck goals of breaking monetary records. Whatever delusion it is, infinite growth is just that, a delusion, when the world is ran by lunatics who think resources spawn from thin air then people start to suffer their demented antics.

This is something that not only affects the gaming industry, but our daily lives are also being swept under this madness. While you might be comfortable right now, in the future, it will be your turn to be swept by the madness too.
