Mafia: The Old Country PC System Requirements Revealed

Developer Hanger 13 has just shared the official Minimum and Recommended PC System Requirements for the upcoming Mafia: The Old Country in the game’s Steam Page which are pretty reasonable compared to most other PC releases of the year. So check these out to make sure whether your PC is ready for the upcoming Unreal Engine 5 powered gangster game.

Minimum System Requirements:

OS: Windows 10 / 11

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X / Intel Core i7-9700K

Memory: 16 GB RAM

Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT / NVIDIA RTX 2070

DirectX: Version 12

Storage: 55 GB available space

Additional Notes: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system. Requires SSD ; Graphic Preset: Medium ; Resolution: 1080p

Recommended System Requirements:

OS: Windows 10 / 11

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X / Intel Core i7-12700K

Memory: 32 GB RAM

Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT / NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti

DirectX: Version 12

Storage: 55 GB available space

Additional Notes: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system. Requires SSD ; Graphic Preset: High ; Resolution: 1440

The storage space requirements are definitely on the lighter side cause Mafia: The Old Country is not an Open World title which would drastically increase the amount of space otherwise.

And as Mafia: The Old Country is running on the Unreal Engine 5, it definitely raises some concerns as to whether there will be persistent stuttering like in most other titles powered by Unreal 5 but as it’s not an Open World game, it’s safe to say that there won’t be as much stuttering at least compared to other titles.

Also, Mafia: The Old Country is reported to include the Denuvo anti-tamper tech which have both ups and downs and is certainly not popular with gamers. So do keep that in mind when deciding whether to get this game or not.

Mafia: The Old Country will arrive on on August 8, 2025 for Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S and the PC platform. Both Standard and Deluxe Editions for the game is priced at $49.99 and $59.99 respectively and are currently up for pre-order.
