Giant Bomb has returned and freed themselves from Fandom

Giant Bomb has finally achieved independence from Fandom. PC gamers rejoice at the fact that a classic site has been freed from the claws of an evil corporation. Fandom has been hellbent in trying to destroy all nerd spaces with fake information and ad ridden web garbage. When corporations started pouring into the web, things started to become less independent and also less fun. Quality has dropped severely these days, and we can really feel it has become an undeniable fact that the industry is in trouble. We at Infinite Start will cover these huge news that benefit everyone who wanted quality back online.

Giant Bomb returns

Giant Bomb was the place for nerdy game stuff to happen, it was also a valuable source for game journalism that didn’t particularly stick to any side. Now, after being under the thumb of Fandom for some years, along with other corporations that should not be involved in prior years, they are fully free. Going independent is the best way to counteract this massive avalanche of corporate slop that gets pushed against us.

Aside from reviewing and wiki like articles with valuable information, they also provide users with video content that is of high quality and filled with personality. Giant Bomb launched in around 2008, and they have always done a great job at making an game related site that does not focus on corporate interests. Games are meant to be fun, and they are also meant to be a form of art, however, companies only see them as a tool to extract money from people.

The mask fell of the faces of many of these corporations, as they seem to get ready to replace creative people with soulless random generators called “AI”. The only ones that will win here are those who put passion in what they do, and as prices keep rising, people will consume less slop.
