WWE 2K25 Receives Patch 1.09, addresses Universe Mode issue

WWE 2K25 just got even better as developer Visual Concepts has recently released patch 1.09 for the game which brings stability and performance improvements along with addressing an issue where count out was being enabled in certain match types where it shouldn’t be. Overall the list of fixes and improvements brought to WWE 2K25 by this patch isn’t that much but still important nonetheless, so make sure to keep your game updated with patch 1.09 which is available on all platforms.

  • Addressed reported concerns about count out being enabled in match types where it shouldn’t be within Universe

The new patch also includes several cosmetic additions such as custom nameplate for Oba Femi, Finn Balor, The Final Boss The Rock and more. These additions serve to create a more visually authentic experience for WWE 2K25 which brings the gameplay a bit closer to the show on television.

In other news of the game, WWE 2K25 is also set to get it’s first major DLC pack titled “New Wave”, sometimes in next month and will feature The Motor City Machine Guns, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and a yet to be announced special celebrity guest. So for all the players who are currently enjoying WWE 2K25, the upcoming month will add even more exciting contents into the game, boosting it’s playability further.

Easily the most ambitious title in the long running series, WWE 2K25 was met with fairly positive reviews upon release with critics praising the numerous gameplay improvements and the overall number of tweaks that was implemented to make it stand out from it’s predecessor. Boasting the largest roster the series has ever seen till date with over 300 Wrestlers, WWE 2K25 also has multiple DLC’s lined up throughout all year to add even more life into the game.
