The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered on PC Gets New Patch 1.1 Hotfix Update

The PC version of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered has just got even better as Nixes Software has released a new patch 1.1 hotfix update for the game, bringing more enhancements and improvements for all players out there. The update improves The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered’s Autosave functionality for players who use cloud services such as OneDrive while also boosting performance when ReBAR is enabled in the game.

The developers have also stated that they’re currently monitoring player feedbacks and are possibly working on more upcoming patches containing even further improvements. So if you’re currently playing Naughty Dog’s highly acclaimed title, make sure to keep your game updated with this latest hotfix.

This update arrives hot on the heels off patch 1.1 which was released a few days ago and had included a slew of performance improvements along with fixes for various technical and gameplay issues. So do make sure you have it installed before getting this one which will potentially make the game run even better.

Also, it’s important to remember that The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered PC already had a pretty stable launch and was praised for being more friendly on the platform than it’s predecessor, which means the game was far more optimized and ran significantly better than The Last of Us Part 1 Remastered on PC. And with continuous patches and updates like these, the game will get even better and smoother which is great news for all players.

The Last of Us Part 2 on the PC was released to critical acclaim with a peak concurrent player count of 30,690 during its launch weekend and while the numbers are not as big as they were with it’s predecessor (which had engaged a total of 36,500 players), it’s still fairly impressive considering the game originally came out over five years ago on the PS4.
