Super Robot Wars Y is the exciting new entry coming in 2025

Super Robot Wars Y is coming soon, and it looks like its gonna be amazing. PC players will be able to enjoy it from the commodity of the Steam Deck, and it will clearly be Linux compatible. This one seems to have quite the interesting roster of characters, even Godzilla is in! This crazy amount of crossovers being done is quite common for the series, but many of the faces included are new. As far as history shows, Super Robot Wars always had the weirdest crossovers available, but this one seems to be the weirdest one yet. We at Infinite Start will discuss the roster of characters.

Super Robot Wars Y is assembled

There’s a ton of Gundam representation, like always, we always expect to see Amuro and some form of reference to the UC timeline. Newcomers also are expected in it too, Gundam Witch From Mercury will also join the fray of series that is coming to Super Robot Wars Y. Along with this, Aura Battler Dunbine makes a glorious return, along with Macross, and many other classics like Raideen.

Out of all the surprising inclusions, at the last bit of trailer, Godzilla seems to get revealed, which is perhaps one of the weirdest additions to this crossover series. Often times, these games try to follow set paths by the series they have in the roster, many times being rewrites of things that happened in their respective series. I do miss some good Xabungle action, and I would kill for them to bring us back Turn A Gundam.

There is no say on if these series I enjoy will be included, but perhaps we will get lucky and get them as unlockables, or even DLC. If you are interested in this new entry or wanna jump into something new, keep in mind that Super Robot Wars Y is coming soon.
