Katana ZERO receives a new free DLC in 2025

Katana ZERO is a highly successful indie title with lots of production value. This PC game is arguably one of the best indies ever made. Not many games manage to be so enthralling as Katana ZERO is in many aspects, be it gameplay, story, and pixel art. This massive indie success is proof that we don’t really need triple A titles anymore, and indies can suffice any need. The stylistic homogenization of games is killing the industry, and it will only get worse for big games as we keep moving forward. We at Infinite Start will discuss more about this new DLC.

Katana ZERO DLC is real

The studio behind Katana ZERO has announced for a long time that a DLC would be a thing. However, they never said when it would happen, or what it would contain. People assume that the time they are taking to develop it. The new trailer is hinting at the fact that this might continue with the plot that the game laid out. People have been waiting for years for a proper continuation of the cliffhanger, there’s still many mysteries to solve. So many questions arose when people first finished playing Katana ZERO, and now, they are finally getting answered.

This is an excellent moment to support the hard work that the devs behind Katana ZERO decided to put into their game. True games like this is what the industry needs to come back alive, especially after the myriad of greedy microtransaction titles that are killing the industry off. We have to ensure that underrated indie titles get the recognition they deserve. Once they become more known, more people will be able to free themselves from the clutches of terrible triple A companies.

The old days of gaming are coming back, and Katana ZERO seems to be bringing them to us, we are thankful that they decided this DLC should keep being free, but people would happily pay Askiisoft for their continuous hard work if it is needed.
