Prices for AMD 9070 cards start rising, people panicking

Prices for AMD 9070 Graphical Processing Units are starting to soar thanks to filthy scalpers. PC builders can’t catch a break as they are faced with ever increasing prices. Shortages were also manufactures by the red giant, to ensure the scalping process could be done easier. This is yet another example of the problems that our current society faces. Companies go unchecked, and they now have all the power to run the world in any way they wish. Much to the like of the green giant Nvidia, AMD isn’t your friend either. We at Infinite Start will cover this greedy move from the red giant.

Prices for AMD 9070 are ludicrous

Similar to the scalped prices of the 5070 from Nvidia, prices are in the 4 digit realm. This madness was actually planned, paper launches have done done with the purpose to boost demand and siphon more money. There’s nothing that says that employees themselves couldn’t be the ones doing the scalping, however, this is just a theory. Many PC builders are sad due to the decrease in availability for newer components and the rampant scalping going on. At the very least, there hasn’t been any report of an AMD card catching on fire and blowing up, that already makes the way better than Nvidia.

However, that’s the only praise AMD receives, their nefarious release scheme has caused people to be unable to upgrade to current hardware. Considering how things are going in the tech world, there really isn’t much reason to keep pushing forward with it. You will be dropping $2000 on a scalped card just to replace it in months for a newer one anyways. Imagine the plethora of imaginative and cool indie games one could get for that money, or perhaps even get into another hobby altogether.

There is nothing impressive going on for years, and there will never be, the 90s were the best period for gaming and it is clearly not coming back.
