New Details Emerge for Death Stranding 2 including Combat, Open World and More

The official Playstation Store Webpage has revealed exciting new details on the upcoming Death Stranding 2 including the game’s fully adaptable combat system, explorable Open World and more unique gameplay features such as it’s Social Strand system where one player’s actions affect how other players can interact with the game world and vice versa.

According to the Playstation website, Death Stranding 2’s combat system will always offer a wide arsenal of choices to it’s players, whether they’re facing human enemies or “otherworldly entities”. The game will enable you to take an aggressive, all-out approach, a stealthy way around or even a way to avoid all dangers altogether depending on your choice of playstyle. This ‘play-your-way’ theme of gameplay is sure to add tons of replayability to Death Stranding 2 while making each playthrough unique and memorable.

The game will also feature a fully explorable world which will have it’s own navigational challenges that are unique and varied. Besides, the environments of Death Stranding 2 will also have Open World elements that will reward exploration in the form of lore and other in-game secrets, as described in the game’s webpage.

Several screenshots of the game are also present in the Playstation page and all of them look incredibly lifelike and stunningly realistic. The first Death Stranding looked pretty great and it seems Death Stranding 2 has surpassed it in every possible way–which also means if you have the PS5 Pro, it’s going to look breathtaking without sacrificing on performance. It certainly seems that Death Stranding 2 is another new title that’s going to shine on the PS5 Pro and may even cause a spike in it’s sales.

There’s also a small collection of wallpapers for Death Stranding 2 and each of them looks spectacular and richly detailed, which clearly shows the graphical leaps this game has made over it’s predecessor.

However, no specific release date has been announced for Death Stranding 2 as of yet.
