Even though Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 came out over a decade ago, the modding community for the 2011 crossover fighting game is keeping it alive in exciting ways which will appeal to even gamers who’ve never played it earlier. A massive modding project for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 which is known as the Community Edition, was started back in 2023 by the game’s modding community and they’ve recently announced a new version of Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 that adds over 60 new playable characters to the game’s roster, complete with their unique moveset and whole new animations.
So if you have played the original, you definitely need to check this souped up version of Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 which will no doubt add a whole new lease of Life into the game. The community has also released a trailer for this new edition, highlighting several new characters including Rival Schools’s Kyosuke Kagami, Devil May Cry’s Nero, Bad Box Art Megaman and more.
