BAFTA asks people to vote the most influential game ever

People often forget that video games are art too. BAFTA thankfully recognizes that fact, and has decided to call for a vote. To be honest, what is an influential game in the industry can be rather divisive and subjective. Many people across the medium have experienced different feeling when playing many games, what some like might be hated by others. However, it is important to be critical when trying to bring forth a point when it comes to influence in this space. We at Infinite Start will bring more information about this opportunity to be heard.

BAFTA needs you!

Not many people are able to properly know what they like about a game, but more often than not, they do know what they don’t like about it. It is important to cast aside that confusion and come to know your feelings better. Perhaps things that you don’t like are things that you are unable to understand, and that’s fine, it is impossible to please everyone. Back in the day, reviewing was mostly done without proper information or enough time to play the game. It was very common that reviewers often tackled games without even finishing them, or playing them enough.

Thanks to this, titles that were deeply experimental and that nowadays are very common often received bad reviews. BAFTA seeks to remedy this by providing you with the power to talk about that title, that hidden gem that defined you. It is so nice to be able to hear the experiences of people with this medium, and now its the best opportunity to have a voice in something big.

If there’s any game you care deeply about, the BAFTA vote will give you the chance to let the world know about it. And if the result that comes out is not what you expected, you can at least leave us a comment about your influential title.
