Ubisoft has released a day-one patch for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, bringing a number of changes to the game’s Temples and Shrines besides fixing several gameplay related issues, which results in a more polished experience for all players. Releasing to commercial and critical success just after release, Assassin’s Creed Shadows has proven itself to be the turnaround success Ubisoft desperately needed, in more ways than one. And with the release of a quick, day-one patch, the publisher is making sure that the devs remain committed to promptly iron out any issues that players might experience in the game, which is always great for all gamers.
Below are the complete patch notes for Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ Day One Update:
The most notable change in the patch is the reduced blood spill for the game’s citizens when attacked along with a degree of indestructible objects in the game’s Temples and Shrines which will help to maintain their cultural integrity. Both of these impact the game’s locales in several ways which suggest these changes were included to avoid any controversy regarding the representation of Japan in Assassin’s Creed Shadows in future.
