Arkadium Closes Out 2024 with Several New Games

Browser-based gaming leader, Arkadium, has announced six new gamesDangle Drop, Crosswordling, Word Clash, Mr. Runner X, Swipe City, and MR. RACER—closing out the year with a total of eighteen games launched in the past twelve months. That quantity places 2024 as the biggest launch year in Arkadium’s 23-year history, an achievement of which they are extremely proud.

In response to this achievement, Director of Developer Relations Dan Butchko had the following to say:

We are so proud to finish the year strong with the launch of these great titles and kick off our third-party publishing with Dangle Drop. 2024 was a monumental year for not only Arkadium but the browser-based gaming industry at large, and it’s rewarding to be able to share a variety of new and popular games with our community and fans just in time for the holidays. There’s something for everyone!

If you’re curious about the aforementioned new titles that pushed Arkadium to new release heights, here’s a breakdown of each of the six games now available via the browser-based gaming platform:

  • Dangle Drop – a deceptively deep and enticing puzzle-solving concept that’s based on the physics concept of Verlet integration and features 200 unique puzzle levels.
  • Crosswordling – a word game that combines puzzles with a word challenge.
  • Word Clash – a fast-paced, multiplayer word game where you can play against your friends or random players all over the world.
  • Mr. Runner X – an infinite runner where you help a stick figure advance through different settings and avoid getting crushed between the floor and the ceiling.
  • Swipe City – an exciting elements puzzle game that lets you taste Match 3 game skills.
  • MR. RACER – feel the thrill of high speed as you zoom through busy streets in sports cars, dodging traffic and taking on thrilling driving challenges.
