In a post on their X/Twitter account, Fntastic shared their plans for a “Fntastic 2.0” and are now asking players to support their new multiplayer game, Escape Factory.

In a statement, the company apologized, saying, “We deeply apologize to everyone for The Day Before and take full responsibility for what happened.” They aim to win back gamers’ trust with a focus on “honesty, transparency, and professionalism.” Their new game, Escape Factory, is a co-op experience for 4-8 players, where characters must escape deadly factories. A free demo is available on Steam, and the Kickstarter campaign has a goal of $15,535.

The announcement of Fntastic’s return has been met with skepticism.
