Dreo Launches BaristaMaker Kickstarter with Up to 30% Off

Dreo launched a Kickstarter for BaristaMaker, which they describe as the smartest barista-level milk frother.

BaristaMaker is the first professional smart milk frother that works across all types of milk. With the ability to create “barista-quality” microfoam with the push of a button, coupled with a foam described as silky, dense, it’s ideal for anyone looking to get a professional experience at home.

Early reviews of BaristaMaker is extremely positive. World Barista Champions Mikael Jasin, Anthony Douglas, and Dale Harris gave it a perfect 10/10 rating, and will serve as ambassadors for BaristaMaker. Dreo expects more barista champions in the future as well.

VP of North America at Dreo, Joshua Gunn, commented on the Kickstarter launch.

The Kickstarter community has been instrumental in driving our innovation forward, particularly within DREO’s kitchen category. The success of our ChefMaker campaign in 2023, which raised $1.7 million, is a testament to our commitment to bringing cutting-edge technology into the homes of early adopters. With DREO BaristaMaker, we’re not just launching another product; we’re setting a new standard for home coffee creation. Our 30% Super Early Bird offer is our way of thanking our loyal backers and inviting new supporters to join us in shaping the future of coffee technology.

Those interested can currently support the campaign on Kickstarter. Those who do so in the first 24 hours will be eligible for their Super Early Bird pricing on BaristaMaker. This brings the MSRP of $99 down to $74 for a single unit, with two unit bundle being $144 (MSRP $198), and purchasing five is just $345 (MSRP $495).

After the Super Early Bird period BaristaMaker will move into Early Bird pricing. From Aug. 14 to 16 a single unit will increase to $77 (MSRP $99), two jumps to $150 (MSRP $198), and five is $360 (MSRP $495). After that will be Kickstarter pricing, which runs until Sept. 14, and further increases to $80 for one, $156 for two, and $375 for five.
