Roughly two weeks ago PlayStation Stars went down for an undisclosed reason. While Sony is currently working on a fix, this outcome negative outcome also impacted their Days of Play 2024 Community Challenge.
For those who missed it, players were “challenged” to play Astro’s Playroom, collect trophies, and play unique games during Days of Play 2024. The reward for completing this was a special PlayStation Stars collectible, with PlayStation Plus subscribers getting a unique version of it.
Since the community was successful, Sony updated the site to reflect this, further acknowledge issues with PlayStation Stars, and give everyone a voucher that can be used to get four Astrobot PlayStation Network avatars.
Congratulations for completing the Days of Play Community Challenge!
We’re aware of an issue with PlayStation Stars and are actively working on a solution. We’ll share more information on redeeming the Days of Play Community Celebration Digital Collectible as soon as we have it.
In the meantime, we’re giving four Astro avatars* to the community to say thank you for taking part.
