PlayStation State of Play Returns May 30, 2024

Sony announced the next State of Play will take place on May 30, 2024 at 3pm PT / 6pm ET.

Very few details were revealed about the upcoming show besides it being over 30 minutes, and featuring 14 titles coming to PlayStation 5, and PlayStation VR2 “later this year.”

While not much was said officially, there are a lot of current rumors that would fit well with this potential State of Play. These include the frequently mentioned PC release of God of War Ragnarok, along with a new title set in the Astro Bot world.

This is in addition to other rather safe bets, like Silent Hill 2‘s remake getting a release date, though that might be revealed during the Silent Hill Transmission that takes place after this State of Play.
