2K Games has started to tease a big announcement for WWE 2K24 will be happening later this month. They even teased the return of the Special Guest Referee match type.
The Special Guest Referee match type had been in the older games for years now, but sadly it was removed in the more modern WWE 2K video games for whatever reason.
Now the official WWE 2K Twitter/X page has posted that the match type will return in WWE 2K24. Read the full Twitter announcement below.
