It’s not often that you hear a game is being released on older consoles, but here we are. EA has now announced that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is heading to the aging PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was released earlier this year for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S only. EA previously stated that the older consoles weren’t able to handle the new game’s technical abilities.
The reason the game is being released for older consoles is due to community demand. There might be still a lot of Star Wars fans out there that cannot afford a PS5 or Xbox Series X/S console yet.
A release date for the last-gen version is yet to be announced. It will be interesting to see how the game looks and play on older hardware.
