Venom from Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 might be playable in the game when it releases later this year. This is due to a new tweet that was posted on the official Gamestop Twitter page recently.
The Gamestop tweet says: “Experience new gameplay with Venom’s abilities in Spider-Man 2, available October 20!“
Venom has been playable in past video games since he has similar abilties to Spider-Man. Hopefully, he will be playable after you finish the main campaign.
That being said, some people might think this is poor wording from Gamestop. The tweet could also just mean you get the abilities from the symbiote only. We’ll just have to wait and see when the game drops this October 20.
