Mortal Kombat co-creator, Ed Boon, confirmed something Mortal Kombat 12 related will be revealed on May 18, at 9 a.m. EST/ 6 a.m. PST.
No further details were given, though the continued clock references seem to indicate rumors of this being another go at Mortal Kombat 1 are accurate.
Retired leaker, The Snitch, tweeted that the reveal will be a CGI trailer. Previously their knowledge has only extended to things on YouTube, so while this might be a CGI trailer, it’s possible other details will be revealed.
The other possibility is this will be a CGI trailer, with gameplay and more set to be revealed during the PlayStation Showcase.
