Sony Refutes Reduced PlayStation VR2 Production Number Claims

Yesterday, Bloomberg published an article claiming Sony reduced the number of PlayStation VR2 units in production, and decreased their sales forecast for the year.

Following this, a Sony representative contacted GameIndustry.biz confirming they have “not cut PlayStation VR2 production numbers,” and went on to offer the following comment.

PlayStation VR2 is set to release on Feb. 22, for $549.99, with units still available for preorder from Sony Direct.
