Dealslab, known for their PlayStation Plus leaks, revealed the three titles players can expect as part of the service in Jan. 2023.
Headlining the month is Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4/5). The title, which many refer to as a Soulsborne game set in the Star Wars universe, earned modest praised from fans and critics alike. It also makes sense we would see some marketing for it, as the sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, is set to release sometime in 2023.
Joining it is the divisive Fallout 76 (PS4). What was once expected to be a major advancement for the franchise, released with such a negative reaction it’s widely considered the worst. Since then a lot has changed, including various expansions, improvements, and more, making it the perfect time to see if the current version meets expectations.
Rounding out the month is Axiom Verge 2 (PS4/5). While not as well received as the original, Axiom Verge 2 tries some new things that resonated with some players. With this being offered for free, it’s the perfect time to see if it’s a misunderstood classic, or has the right legacy.
