Sony to Increase PS5 Price in Select Markets

Following issues maintaining PlayStation 5 supplies, Sony announced they’re increasing the consoles suggested retail price in select markets.

The reason for the change is, unsurprisingly, inflation and “global economic environment.” As a result, this change is effective immediately in all regions besides Japan, which will change on Sept. 15, 2022.
