As of this moment, Disney has tons of Star Wars TV shows in the works for its Disney+ streaming service. A rumor today suggests we could get a new show based on the characters from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
According to journalist and insider Kristian Harloff (via StarWarsNews), he’s heard from a source that Cameron Monaghan has signed on to play Cal Kestis in a Disney+ show. You can read his comments down below.
“Rumor, rumor, rumor… Have to say that – not confirmed! Got this from someone I’ve trusted in the past, tells me this is a thing… The rumor itself, at the moment, is that there is a Cal Kestis show in the works for Disney Plus. The rumor is that [the actor Cameron Monaghan has] actually signed on to play the character from Jedi: Fallen Order in a live-action series for Disney Plus. There’s no production dates set, but my source tells me that this is happening.”
If this does happen, it will be interesting to see when the series will take place. It’s possible the series could pick up after the events of both Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is this news is true.
