Mobile Edge announced the launch of CORE Gaming USA, a new site dedicated to their CORE line of gaming products and top manufacturers like LucidSound, Power A, Viper Gaming and Hyper Gear.
Paul June, vice president of marketing for Mobile Edge, explained the new site as follows:
Supporting gamers has always been important to Mobile Edge.
With the surge in video gaming popularity, advances in technology, better connectivity, and gaming mobility, we felt we needed to be there in a bigger way than ever before for gamers.
Just as all CORE Gaming products are designed by gamers for gamers, so too is the new website.
In addition to offering award-winning CORE gaming products, we’ll feature Alienware cases and gear plus vetted, top tech and accessories such as mobile power banks, gaming desks and chairs, headsets, and controllers from partners Arozzi, Patriot Memory, Naztech, and other top manufacturers.
Mobile Edge press release
Along with the launch, Mobile Edge added a few new products to their Core Gaming line of products. First is the CORE Gaming Tactical Backpack, which boasts a number of pockets for important items like a mouse, battery pack, controller or cords, with a spacious opening that can handle a 17″ laptop or “most” PlayStation or Xbox consoles. Along with that is a special white edition of their previous CORE Gaming backpack. The more subdued colors will likely appeal to a different group than the previous black and red model. Those interested can snag the tactical backpack for $149.99 or get the regular backpack for $129.99.
