Where to get the Larval Tear in Elden Ring

One of the mistakes that many probably made in Elden Ring is distributing an attribute that is not meant for your build. Fortunately, there is a way to respec at a later point in the game but doing so requires an item called Larval Tear.

Larval Tear is a limited item that will allow players to respec and reset their attributes from an NPC at a later part of the game. Getting the Larval Tear will not be immediately available and cannot be farmed like the Erdleaf Flower for the Furcalling Finger Remedy.

If you know for yourself that you messed up with your build and want to respec, here’s a quick guide on where to get the Larval Tear in Elden Ring that will allow you to respec.

  1. Village of the Albinaruics – The first Larval Tear can be found to the Village of Albinaruics in the Liurnia of the Lakes. Go just to the east of where the site of grace is, beside the stone coffins where a batch of enemies are crawling. Defeat them and you should find the Larval Tear from one fo the coffins.
  1. Royal Moongazing Grounds – After defeating Royal Knight Loretta in the Caria Manor, head out to somewhat of an open area where the dragon boss is waiting. Instead of going after him, go left and find a cliff that you can drop down to.
  2. Proceed down to to the lower part of the manor by continuously dropping down until you see a ladder leading you inside the building.
  3. You will find Pia, a NPC in black robe that is crawling on teh floor.
  4. Talk to Pia twice until she opens up her shop.

In progress… Will update as we find more Larval Tear…
