Bugsnax Announces Free Update The Island of Bigsnax

Young Horses announced Bugsnax will receive a large update that adds a sizable amount of free content, referred to simply as The Island of Bigsnax.

As the name suggests, The Isle of Bigsnax is an island where you can find large Bugsnax with a snack food theme. Despite their large size, a new tool will also be added that gives players the ability to shrink these fearsome creatures into a manageable and more importantly easier to capture size.

Along with the new location, multiple characters will return with new dialogue, with one creative director Kevin Zuhn teases might not be expected. A few quality of life improvements will also be added, such as hats and challenges that award decor.

Expect all of this and more when Bugsnax: The Island of Bigsnax releases early 2022 for PlayStation 4/5 and PC.
