Pokemon Unite rebalance patch releases August 4

Tencent Games and The Pokemon Company will be releasing a Pokemon Unite Rebalance Patch on August 4 for the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

The Pokemon Unite Rebalance Patch will not only adjust the stats and moves of certain Pokemon in-game, but it will also have bug fixes, text fixes, and more. Additionally, it will have a Spectate Features test release for two days, from August 4 at 12 AM PDT until August 6 at 12 AM PDT.

The Pokemon Unite rebalance patch update will be applied on August 4, 2021 at 12AM PDT.

·  Spectate Feature Test Release:
   A test release of the Spectate feature will be performed from 8-4-2021 at 12AM PDT/7:00 UTC until 8-6-2021 at 12AM PDT/7:00 UTC.

Changes are being made to some Pokémon stats and moves to adjust the balance of Unite Battles.

Charizard
Flamethrower:

·  Cooldown reduced.

·  Effects on opposing Pokémon strengthened.

Fire Punch:

·  Effects on opposing Pokémon strengthened.

Fire Blast:

·  Cooldown reduced.

·  Effects on opposing Pokémon strengthened.

Talonflame
Acrobatics:

·  Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.

Aerial Ace:

·  Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.

Aerial Ace+:

·  Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.

Fly:

·  Damage dealt to opposing Pokémon increased.
