State of Play for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart set for April 29

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced today that a State of Play broadcast focused on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will be on April 29 at 2PM PT.

Sony also announced that there will be two indie games that they will unveil later this week during the State of Play broadcast. Gamers will be able to watch them via YouTube and Twitch.

Additionally, the company revealed a new Lombax protagonist named Rivet. She is expected to appear in the upcoming Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.

Yes! We finally revealed her name… you guessed it! Right?! Rivet is a Lombax resistance fighter from another dimension, where the evil Emperor Nefarious hunts all those who oppose him. You saw brand-new locations like Nefarious City, and alternate-dimension twists on old favorites like Sargasso and Torren IV along with a sneak-peak at some new weapons and gameplay mechanics.
